Akmicare Cream 50ml
Akmicare Cream is a light, effective cream designed for oily skin prone to spots. It has a dual function. Firstly it has a sebum-regulating action which helps control excess oil on the skin. It also normalises skin shedding to reduce cell clumping which results in less blockages and a reduced risk of new spots. Akmicare Cream has remarkable hydrating properties and reduces cellular water loss thereby promoting and protecting crucial barrier function. It also contains an anti-bacterial agent Akmicare Cleanser contains two active ingredients, Pyruvic Acid and Triclosan which work together to modulate the secretion of sebum.
Pyruvic acid: makes the environment more acidic which reduces sebum secretion, removes debris on the skin, and helps unclog the ducts.
Triclosan: Slows down proliferation of bacteria and so helps reduce any infection.

Akmicare Intensive Lotion 25ml
Akmicare Lotion has a sebum-regulating action in the skin and normalises skin shedding thereby reducing cell clumping. The lotion is a water free product which contains the following active ingredients: Triethylcitrate and Ethyl Linoleate. These two ingredients are not active when applied to the acne prone area but are converted into their active forms by enzymes in the skin and by bacterial enzymes produced by Propionbacterium acnes on absorption by the skin. These two ingredients dramatically reduce the risk of new spots forming. Akmicare Lotion also contains an anti-bacterial agent.
